Return Policy

At Jewel De Paul Shop, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. However, returns or exchanges are not accepted once an item has been sold, except under the following circumstances:

·        If a defective product is received.
·        If there is a clear mistake from our end in fulfilling the order.
·        If a prior agreement for return or exchange has been made with us.

Howdoes it works?

·        If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you can request a return within 10 days of delivery.
·        To do so, you must submit clear photos and details about the issue.
·        Return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility unless the product is confirmed to be defective. Items must be unused, with original packaging and tags intact.
·        Refunds for approved returns will be issued as store credit within 5 working days. Non-defective returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

To initiate a return, customers must obtain written authorization from Jewel De Paul Shop before sending back any item. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Products that have been mishandled, damaged due to improper use, or do not meet our return conditions will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Our return request window is 10 days from the date of delivery. Beyond this period, we will not be liable for any claims.
